DNA: did not arrive.
EB = Empty Box
LIT: Lost in Transit
FTID refers to a fake tracking ID, while scan refers to an insider manipulating tracking data.

Refunding is no longer as simple as DNA and EB. Additionally, many guides/mentorship leaks are outdated.

It's important to note that most methods are public, with the exception of a few that only work on specific stores. These methods will be restricted until the store patches.

You need to understand the refunding patterns because once you do, you can refund ANY store.

The first thing you should do is study your store. Go to the forum and find the most recent method/limits used on the store. (FTID/LIT/RTS,etc)

All of you should be familiar with the following patterns:

Pattern 1 (FTIDv3/LIT): When returning an item to the warehouse, you can edit the shipping label to say "Returned" or "Shipped" to a different location within the same zipcode. Keep in mind that you are shipping an empty parcel, not the item itself.

If a store is on a storelist for more than 7 days, it is most likely FTIDv3 (or LIT).
Most services use FTIDv3/NR-Ftid because it is the most reliable.

Step: 1
You will receive a return label from the store (UPS is preferred).
Some stores have caught on to this and will make it more difficult to obtain labels via pickup, but if using UPS, all you need is a tracking number (SE).

Step: 2
Either learn how to use FTIDv3 (there are many detailed guides on the forum) and edit the label, or pay for an FTID/Boxing service.

Step: 3
Drop off the label at either the post office or the carrier store. Alternatively, let the boxing service handle everything for you.

Step:4
If the store issues a refund when the label is scanned, delivered scan, etc. Make an early request for a refund.
Most stores require 14 days after scanning before contacting them; however, each store is different.

Pattern 2 (Insider Scans): Define an insider scan. People who work at shipping carriers have backend access and can edit tracking numbers to indicate various statuses before delivery (e.g., returned to sender, lost in transit, damaged in transit).

This simplifies refunding because the item appears to have been lost or returned before you even receive it.
The main disadvantage of this method is that it is expensive, and you cannot do it yourself. However, only use this on expensive orders.

Step 1: Find a service that offers the desired scan.

Step 2: Order from a store and request to ship with your preferred carrier.

Step 3: Upon shipment, contact the service for a scan.

Step 4: After scanning, wait a day before contacting support for a refund.

Pattern 3 (Paypal): Paypal is responsible for people offering large amounts of money, such as $100,000.
Essentially, you will order through Paypal and use FTID, and Paypal will almost always side with you once FTID delivers.
Either that, or they simply make it appear as if the transaction was unauthorized.
