FROM THE BASIC THINGS IN A VENDORS LIFE, TO THE SERIOUS BUSINESS

PROLOGUE: Before you even start.

Please read the whole guide from start to end. Some absolutely crucial things for the worst case scenario are only mentioned at the very end.

Before you even start the process by creating any accounts or buying cryptocurrency, there are several things you should reflect on:

Do you have any idea what you are getting yourself into?
-- If you don't do you have the brains, resources and connections to find out?
Do the reasons to start Vending, outweigh the reasons not to do it?
Do you have the necessary skills to safely Vend while keeping your OPSEC intact?
-- If not, do you have the motivation to REALLY learn
After learning all there is to learn do you think you have the Drive and mental capacity to constantly keep ahead of the curve while at the same time doing an extremely stressful job?
Do you have the starting capital, connections, several OPSEC related devices, programs and items to start moving forward?

PART 1: MAKING SURE YOUR OPSEC IS UP TO PAR FOR VENDING BY TAKING PRECAUTIONS IN EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE.

Let's start with the most obvious thing. The OPSEC when Vending or doing other illegal things online.

First of all, using Windows as your main operating system is not practical from a security point of view. Any self respecting government agency is sure to have dozens of Zero-day vulnerabilities on hand at all times. Consider between Tails, Whonix and Qubes. All have their pros' and cons', So read more about them and form your own informed opinion carefully: https://blokt.com/guides/tails-os

The second thing is to make sure Tor is running with optimal settings. Javascript must be completely disabled since exploits have been ran using it in the past. The security level must be set to highest. And you must not forget to always keep Tor up to date, and read about potential unfixed vulnerabilities (And avoid using tor until they are fixed is the vulnerabilities are serious.) You should also only use trusted groups of Tor nodes. Tor itself may not be enough, which is why I recommend running tor through a VPN with a reputation for not giving up their customers data. The VPN should be paid anonymously by using Monero, Zcash or other anonomoys Cryptocurrencies. These can be bought anonymously from incognito_Org . That shoulld be the same way you "wash" your possibly ill gotten Bitcoins and change them to Monero, all anonomoysly.

While Tor does hide your IP address if configured properly. It is good practice to use a MAC Address changer to change what kind of device your compter looks like to the other devices. To avoid a targeted attack. If you are running Windows, you should choose for example a Macbook, since the same vulnerabilities have no bite on so Different Operating systems. If you need to have a Windows pc as well, I recommend never running it on the tor network, disabling all information sharing from the device, keeping the OS up to date, adding additional Security strengthening measures, like Syshardener from Novirusthanks. I also recommend legitimate versions of 3rd part anti-virus and firewall software, though you can buy the codes for next to nothing.

I also recommending encrypting your Windows PCs' hard drives with either Veracrypt, or CryptoExpert. It depends on jurisdiction if you must hand over the encryption key to the law enforcement when suspected of a crime. If this is the case, creating a encrypted hidden volume inside another hidden volume with veracrypt is perhaps the safest way. Otherwise I advice you use full disc encryption with the strongest enryption settings and a 24+ character password with no words birthdays or such. It is best to create such a password using a password creator of whic the internet is full.

PART 2: VENDING ON A MARKET

The first step is to choose which market you will be using. You should consider reputation, whether it accepts multisig, whether it accepts 2FA. And finally, if it accepts privacy coins such as Monero or Zcash.

When making an account, don't make any references to you age, ethnicity, country of origin or other Aliases you have previously used. At some point during your career it may be a good move to "sell" the account to throw law enforcement off.

When taking pictures for products always wipe all metadata, and don't leave anything even remotely identifying showing. When dropping off packages, don't tell customers exact day of drop off and change locations constantly and travel far to avoid being profiled.

Consider using an accent on purpose to throw people off, or throw in a couple of Icelandic or Swedish characters "accidentally"

PART 3: GETTING READY & DIGITAL SECURITY: HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND THE PROBLEM WITH HUMANS

PART 3.1: GETTING READY & DIGITAL SECURITY: HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND THE PROBLEM WITH HUMANS

• Before you buy any crypto, or set up your account, it is wise to plan for the worst at exactly this kind of point. You actually know that you are not in any trouble. After starting vending you won't have that knowledge until long after retirement.

• Plan what you will be doing while you are actually vending. Perhaps you want to educate yourself further and have taken up some studies. If you have a 9 to 5 job, ask for reduced hours citing the College courses you are taking. Pick a few of course. The easiest one's. You can fail some, but it looks good if you seem to have made some progress.

• Secondly, look up the best criminal defense lawyers in your area, specializing in major drug crimes (Or whatever you sell). If one of them has experience of a DNM case, definitely consider them, they know how to explain things to a judge in your favor if worse comes to worse. Look up a couple of lawyers with different price ranges, in case your finances have taken a dip.

Even when making this search use a SOCKS 5 proxy at least. It is crazy for how long periods some countries and ISPs keep records of your browsing. Now memorize as many of the top candidates phone numbers as you can. Having a lawyers number, who happens to specialize in major drug crimes ready in your pocket when you are caught, definitely doesn't get any points in your favor.

Also make sure you have some VERY WELL protected money in the form of either: a hardware Crypto wallet (With an assortment of Cryptos that are currently foretasted to at least keep their values longest), or Gold or Silver, stashed away somewhere far far away. Not on private land, and definitely in a place with some landmarks to jog your memory.

DO NOT BURY CASH, trained dogs can smell cash up to 40 feet deep. Also, you must memorize the place, or coordinates if you can. And they must be stored only in your head. I cannot stress enough how stupid it is telling absolutely anyone about any of the things mentioned above. Except in the situation that you have been on trial, found not guilty, you desperately need the money, and you are as sure as you can be that this friend can be trusted. Of course this is already a breach of OPSEC, but one that is very hard to get around. Just don't even think about sending your friend there, until the likelyhood or active surveillance if very low. Then meet him casually and establish a pattern of hanging out at about the same time on some days. Then show him a note at opportune time that reads "Bring nextime". In case of cameras and this being in you house, be careful how you show it. Then very soon after excuse yourself to the bathroom an swallow the small note as unnoticeably as possible while in there.

Hope you enjoyed my addiion to the competition.
