3. (IF YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION). Cancel automatic renewal.
4. Contact Google or Apple (depending on your phone) and notify them:
a) NORMAL PURCHASE
Tell them that your son was playing on your phone and purchased in-game currency without your permission. Say that you want to revert that transaction and remove items from the game.
SUBSCRIPTION
Tell them that your son was playing on your phone when an advertisement appeared, and he installed the app and accidentally started a subscription using your saved payment method.
5. They will understand your situation and issue a refund.
- Do not repeat this on the same Google/iCloud account, or you will be denied.
- If the amount is higher, you can pay it with PayPal. PayPal will issue you a 100% refund.
