1) Purchase normally with PayPal.
2) Wait for delivery.
3) Review the website's terms of service (whether they are responsible for lost packages or not).
4) Open a claim stating that you want to return the product.
5) When filing a claim, indicate that you attempted to contact the company but were ignored.
6) Escalate the claim directly to PayPal.
7) They will provide labels for shipping the items back to them.
8) Edit the labels to FTID. If they are not responsible for lost packages, use FTID v4 or v5. If they are, use FTID v6 (Lost in Transit - LIT).
9) After you FTID them, wait for the FTIDs to arrive. After 2-3 days, contact PayPal about the shipments that have arrived at their warehouse.
10) They will issue a refund immediately when they see the message.
11) Success.
