Hiring Guide

When Do you need to Hire or Outsource

A lot of people in this space will focus on getting systems made for themselves and be reluctant to outsource anything incase the quality is lowered or because it costs money. If you can get a job done at least to 70% the standard you can do it yourself, you need to hire people, for this to happen you need systems in place which we will call standard operating procedures, essentially a step-by-step walkthrough of everything required to do a particular task exactly the way you would do it. When you work on Reddit or dating apps, these platforms become repetitive incredibly fast which means no brain power is needed as these are set tasks that just require someone to complete, this is your cue to put this into writing and video guides so you can hire someone to free up your time and allow you to focus on scaling the operation, you cannot do this by yourself, even if you are a boyfriend to the model, you must get a team behind you if you want to reach 50k plus on an account.

**What Size Team Is Required**

If you are serious about scaling and creating a business, (a business is something you can take 2 weeks off from and still come back to something that is generating money and not dissolved into nothing) you need a decent team, let's say we have 1 girl and your main funnel is TikTok to Instagram as this is most common. For every 1 girl that generates decent traffic, your team will look like this:

- You (Content Ideas, Research to grow, Testing, Payroll, Attendance)
- Head Chatter (Highest Earning shift, training & overseeing new chatters)
- Secondary Chatters (Cover the other shifts, Upload main feed content & PPV to vault)
- VA (reposting TikTok's, Building out reel pages, Posting stories, etc)

As you scale with creators and traffic methods you will add another round of employees however you will need someone to manage the VAs and the Chatters, the head chatter with become a QA (Quality Assurance) making sure no TOS are broken by the active chatters and a VA manager (Team Lead) to make sure the VAs are working and tasks are getting completed, the manager should know every task inside out and should have spent some time actually doing said tasks in the beginning of their work for you, If you decide you want to be more hands on then you will be replacing the QA and Manager for the VAs, but once you reach 6+ creators this becomes a very time-consuming task especially monitoring the chatting.

Finally, if you were to add a second funnel. Reddit, for example, you would have 1 VA to manage each client then if you had 6 plus creators a manager to overseas them and report back to you with issues so there's only one point of contact, you do not want to wake up with 20 messages from different people in your business, this is what will really take a toll on you, hire a manager to form a single point of contact, any problem of status update for Reddit regarding any client, any problem it must all come from one person ie the manager.

**Building Your Employee Funnel**

To ensure a steady flow of leads while maintaining high quality you want a big hiring funnel (this is essential). What you will need:

- Anti-detect browser
- US proxies
- G-mails (@suvonkarsmgt ‘SHANE15’ for 15% OFF)

Now depending on where you want your staff based will depend on the sites you search for, onlinejobs.ph will give you workers from the Philippines (usually 2$/hr), upwork.com you pin anywhere you like, the reason for the browser and proxies is to have a bigger funnel but also to counteract account bans as you will run into many.
