Step 1: Create an EVGA account.
Step 2: Locate the serial number for your desired graphics card.
Step 3: Register your RMA form and wait for approval. They will send you a label or you can print it yourself.
For beginners, I strongly recommend standard RMA, as Cross-ship requires a VCC and a slew of other nonsense that I can't be bothered explaining.
Step 4: Upload an invoice from a local store to the EVGA website, including your RMA.
Step 5: FTIDv3 the label!
After about 2-3 weeks, contact them again and ask about the status of your RMA.
Keep your proof of postage, as you will need to present it.
Step 6: The investigation will only involve reviewing CCTV footage.
They will then ask you to file a claim with UPS (ups.com/claim).
Once the claim is approved (1-2 weeks), contact EVGA again.
Then they will either ship you a new card or send you the amount the GPU is worth.
Personally, I recommend sending this to a drop, though FTID does not allow for much billing. Do with this information what you will.
