1. Fix DNA/EB/PEB.
If you tried either of the above and failed, your case is straightforward. You'll almost certainly need to run ftidv3 or whatever your store's version is. Look around in the forum for information.
2. Fix FTID.
There isn't much you can do here; if it's a large product, use PayPal UA or Paypal dispute. I wouldn't use this for less than $1000, or even under $2000, because these two can be done every few months per account and only work on older accounts. If your order falls under that, use the 3. method.
3. LAST OPTION.
If you don't have anything else to do, return the products properly. This is a way to "fix" each refund. Simply repeat everything.
