If you don't know what to spread, here are some suggestions and methods to help:

Game cracks (APK is more effective on TikTok, and YouTube requires EXE).
Game cheats (all platforms except Google)
Crypto/NFT bots (the NFT market is completely dead, but crypto still hits)
Software cracks (works perfectly, as people have done since the beginning).
Gambling bots (finding the nieche for this is difficult, but the payout is much higher because they have a large amount of money lying around).
Cracking tools (appealing for forums to spread)

Google advertisements:

You've probably seen those suspicious ads on pornographic websites that ask you to download antivirus software or contact Windows support in India, right? They direct you to piracy websites or phishing schemes. Google has been constantly trying to crack down on these, but with some patience, I was able to sneak a few campaigns through verification.
The trick to getting around Google's verification is to create a normal dummy site that will go through Google ads and then change the entire code of the site to the one you use to spread the malware.
The main method I used was adult content, such as the classic "adult content" bait, followed by a fake FBI ransomware page. It is now operational and performing admirably. Other very basic cryptocurrency doubling scams are still active today, but they are primarily found on YouTube.
Other methods include showing malware to every fifth or tenth user. There are numerous methods for bypassing the verification; it should not be a problem because it is so simple.
The only disadvantage is that Google Ads wants money.

YouTube:

Making videos is a great way to spread viruses, especially since it is free. You film yourself demonstrating a GTA V mod menu or a free version of any cracked game, and then include a link in the description for people to download.
Trust me, those kids would kill for free games; you'll have an entire fucking botnet doing it. Don't underestimate how many kids are on YouTube looking for free stuff. Cheats and scripts, in particular, are extremely easy to infect, and most people will disable Windows Defender if you tell them to do so in the video, so FUD is unnecessary for this method.
Keep the video short, snappy, and entertaining enough to entice people to install it. And here's a pro tip: use AI instead of your voice, and don't copy others, or YouTube will boot you.
Don't forget, they can detect replicas fairly well.

TikTok:

Find popular videos in a niche, begin engaging in the comments, gain trust, and then move on to another platform to send your RAT. It takes time, but with patience and creativity, you can capture a large number of victims.
Believe me, it worked perfectly for me. I mostly used it to drive people to my account shop, but with malware, it will be even easier because you can make any false promise you want.
The best part is that TikTok is like YouTube on steroids; its average user is much younger and easier to trick. Any apk you can find on the internet is easily infectable and spreadable to any phone.

Quora:

The infection rate on this platform is much higher. It is extremely easy to spread information on there. Everyone has a question and needs an answer, so they will go to any length to solve their problem.
So you step in as the hero of the day and send them the malware to solve whatever problem they're having in a sneaky way, or via a link, which is the best method.
