**Intro**
I had a consultation call with a girl from the States who (by herself) scaled her account from zero to 45k/month just from Snapchat within 3 months, the next time we spoke she was doing 6 figures with TikTok & Instagram added in with her own chatting team. Just because it's not a popular method does not mean it doesn't work, it has its pros and cons like every other platform:
Pros:
- You need very little content to run the funnel.
- It's easy to scale.
- You can generate subs within 24 hours of getting an account set up so it's efficient.
Cons:
- When you get account bans you lose leads and there is no way to get them back.
- It is labour-intensive, and you need a main funnel to build up the lead list.
**What do I Need to Run A Successful Funnel**
This really depends on how big of a funnel you want to make it. Absolute musts:
1. App cloner, Multiple devices, or Graphene (Also used for TikTok)
2. Snapchat accounts with 1,500-2,000 Snapcore
3. Mobile Proxies
4. Software to send live images & videos
5. Gmails
To scale this to generate high sub-numbers or run more than 1 model:
1. VAs to generate the initial traffic and quick add
2. Chatter to run conversion scripts
**Sourcing Accounts**
1 TikTok account vs 50, 1 Instagram account vs 50, 1 Snapchat account vs 50. If you want good results you need to run it at a big scale, after running the funnel on 1 account you will start to see how many subs you get according to how many people are engaging with the content.
I have a personal Snapchat and I accept every quick add that comes my way to see how they run their funnel. If you do not have Snapchat go to Reddit @ https://www.reddit.com/r/SnapchatSextXXX/ and start getting some ads by the girls, once you are in the algorithm Snapchat will start referring you more Onlyfans funnels organically and it will slowly build up to where you can stay up to date on working methods.
Above is how you source the funnels, we want to source our own accounts now to replicate these funnels and combine them with what you learn here. If you want to purchase accounts with snapscore for higher conversion, in the beginning, go to Z2U, with this site it is cheap but I have had issues with Reddit where they scan your accounts after purchase and if they perform well they will steal them back and resell them (just change the logins then!). Changing emails for Reddit can sometimes result in a shadow ban, is this relevant to Snapchat no not as much but always take the extra precaution of changing the info as there is a possibility it can be stolen and resold.
Making accounts from scratch is your second option, I have sourced a fantastic seller of Gmail accounts with aged female usernames, which can be used for dating apps, TikTok, IG reel accounts, etc. If you don't want to purchase accounts just buy the emails and create accounts (Note: the conversions will be low for the first 2-3 days until you build up the snapscore).
**Building Leads**
Similar to other platforms, before you begin marketing you need to make sure your account setup is done correctly, with regards to Snapchat things to look at are the avatar, username & display name, this system is just like TikTok, keep it systemized as you will be creating lots of accounts.
Display Name: ‘Belle 05 <3’ or ‘Belle <3’
Username: OF username variations ‘bellexdelphine’ ‘belledephinex’
Avatar: Clearly a female avatar that resembles the model (hair colour & glasses if applicable).
The accounts are now ready to start generating leads, for new accounts as already mentioned the conversions will be low in the beginning but keep following the strategy and your conversion rate will standardise. Before we run the quick add funnel you need to make sure you have enabled quick add visibility.
You can do this by clicking on your bitmoji to access account settings, navigate to privacy control, and locate ‘see me in quick add’. You are now visible in quick adds.
Step 1 (Day 1): The most important part of this funnel like everything else is ensuring you get tier 1 traffic from the US and high-earning European countries, the way I do this is simple and all you need is a proxy and 30 minutes to set it up each day, Reddit has subreddits that focus on nsfw stories, you are going to take high-quality stories from 6-12 months ago that ranked high, reword them and post again in the same subreddits, example r/sluttyconfessions, you dont paste an OF link on the account, Just a lazy account set up - pinned post with selfie style content in normal underwear not lingerie, make it look super casual and have your Snapchat in the comments of the pinned post, the number of ads you get will depend totally on the quality and rank of your stories, for a VA to do this they need very good english to write informal like a teenage girl(18+), perfect grammar here is not optimal, after posting the story, boost it with 100 upvotes immediately (The subreddit is huge and wont get flagged, I do up to 300 in this subreddit) and let your friend requests start coming through from high tier countries, this is step 1 finished (I talk about this strategy more in depth in the Reddit section).
Step 2 (Day 2): Now that Snapchat has an understanding of the demographic you are interested in i.e American men, aged 18-55 you now have a good target base to build out your Snap funnel by quick adding. Some rules to follow when doing the quick add process, don't ever add girls or female bitmoji’s this is just common sense, your typical customer will always be male (I have worked with milfs in the past and got a lot of female spenders, however for younger girls its always male). Next are names, usernames, country flags, and bitmojis, if they resemble anything like an Indian do not accept them! Any African countries via flags or names ‘Lamboto’ also ignore it as it will only hurt your conversion rate and increase the workload needed per sub. You are looking for a caucasian bitmoji with typical English/American names like Sam, John, Troy, etc.
**Optimized Funnel**
You are going to re-create a SFW version of a sexting script from the chatting guide, 1 picture, 2 videos, and a voice note (optional). We are running a set script that is the same for every recipient aside from the voice notes so it needs to be laid out correctly, there cannot be any open-winded questions where there's a chance of you getting 2 different answers (It needs to be a yes or no, for every reply).
Part 1 of the script is picture 1 with text alongside it to get a yes or no answer which will look something like ‘can’t sleep, you awake? xx’. If they say yes or no to this it doesn't matter as the next question we ask can be asked directly after the first no matter what the outcome is (yes/no/no reply).
Part 2 includes the first video with the text ‘cause I’m sorta in the mood
wbu?’ most likely again this is a yes-no response, its asked in a way such that if they open it or not we can still continue the script to CTA #1 which is next.
Part 3 is the first call to action with a video, if the model can speak good English even better if not there's a second CTA we can run, for this video we will include the text ‘Ugh I got carried away, look at what I just recorded’ now this has a little mystery to it and will get them curious to what you are talking about, include the link to the domain in this video as your first CTA.
Part 4 (optional) Get your model or girlfriend to record a voice note that you will send to the people engaging with the script ‘Babe it won't let me send you longer videos, come chat with me through the link I sent you’ something along these lines if you have an AI voice generator include their name in the voice note so it's 100% unique to them and it will give the illusion its actually the girl on the other end running the script.
**Landing Page**
Before diving into this topic you should already have domains for your model's pages, whether you have a custom page or a simple redirect to beacons (for Instagram) you should own one.
The main domain identical to the onlyfans username aka ‘Onlyfans-Username.com’ should be used for whatever gets the most traffic, usually tiktok to Instagram funnel, with dating apps and Snapchat it will just be a broken-down version of the model name, in tradition belledelphine.com for Instagram could have https://katrinasten.com/ for the Snapchat / Dating app funnel.
I highly recommend doing the IP location funnel as it will increase conversions massively when you are running the dating apps through Snapchat also.
**Account Longevity**
The longer the account lasts the better results you will get, the quick add algorithm will continue to improve combined with the story adds from Reddit you will build up very good leads, if you are quick adding people yourself however you will run into problems, before I started managing girls I wouldn't report but I’d definitely block these accounts so you will get banned quickly if you're sending explicit content.
All of the content we send is none nude in lingerie or regular girl underwear, the Kim Kardashian skims style does really well, the girl doesnt need to buy designer brands you can get them on shein for dirt cheap, this kind of attire converts super well on Reddit too as it looks authentic, The best conversions we get is when it looks like the girl is sending boyfriend style content ‘send me nudes I’m at work’ vibe, a lingerie photo shoot kills conversions.
Next, you never want to post direct links to Snapchat as its a sure way to get banned, Snapchat is full of porn but sending direct porn links is not something they let slide, once again have a look at https://katrinasten.com/ this type of link will keep you safe, another option here is to cloak your links (zero experience in this field I cannot speak any more about it).
Finally, always be discrete, this isn't Reddit or pornhub where you directly push content in front of people that is NSFW friendly, Be subtle with your call to action.
